Visiting the website, creating an account, completing a purchase or accepting our Terms does not constitute consent to optional tracking.

Cookies are small data files stored through your browser. They can help a website maintain a session, remember a shopping basket or recognise a returning browser.

Necessity is assessed against the requested service and the actual purpose, not merely whether a tool is useful to our business. A cookie used for advertising does not become strictly necessary because it also has a security function.

Optional Functionality and Preferences

These provide additional convenience, such as remembering display or language preferences between visits beyond what is necessary for the service you request. Our policy is to obtain consent before using optional preference storage.

Rejecting these cookies may mean that a preference is not remembered on a later visit. It does not prevent you from making a selection during your current visit where that selection can operate without optional storage.

Optional Analytics and Performance Measurement

These help us understand website use and evaluate improvements, for example by measuring page interactions or browsing journeys. Our policy is to obtain prior consent for optional analytics, even where a limited legal exception might be available for a particular configuration.

Necessary technical and security logs are handled separately under our Privacy Policy. We do not reclassify optional behavioural analytics as essential logging to avoid your choices.

Optional Advertising and Campaign Measurement

These can measure advertising results, attribute purchases to campaigns or referral partners, or help show relevant GRZ Gaming advertising. Where specifically explained and enabled with consent, they may link website activity with identifiers held by an advertising platform.

Advertising, audience matching, remarketing and advertising-related conversion measurement are optional. An analytics label does not remove the need for advertising consent where information is also used for advertising.

Optional categories remain off unless you actively enable them. Our consent controls must offer a clear choice to accept all optional cookies, reject all optional cookies, or manage individual categories. Optional choices must not be preselected.

Closing a banner, scrolling, continuing to browse, clicking a product, making a payment or leaving a setting untouched is not consent. Rejecting optional cookies must be as straightforward as accepting them.

You may make an ordinary purchase or use your account without consenting to optional analytics or advertising. A feature that genuinely depends on optional third-party technology may remain unavailable until you choose to enable that particular feature. We must explain the provider and purpose before asking for that choice. You can contact support by email without enabling an optional chat widget.

Consent covers the purposes and providers explained when you make your choice. Enabling one optional feature does not authorise every other provider or tracking purpose. We request a new choice where an intended change falls outside an existing valid consent.

Use the website’s Cookie Settings control to review your choices, disable an optional category or withdraw all optional-cookie consent. You do not need to close your account or make a purchase to change these settings. Contact support@grzgaming.com if you cannot find or use the controls.

Withdrawal stops further consent-dependent use of the affected technologies. We must also communicate the withdrawal to relevant providers relying on consent obtained through our website. We do not continue the same optional tracking merely by relabelling it as a legitimate interest.

Where technically within our control, we remove or disable the affected optional identifiers. Browser settings can help remove cookies or storage controlled by another domain. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful, but it does not authorise continued consent-dependent profiling either. Requests concerning information already collected are handled under our Privacy Policy.

Choices may be specific to a browser or device. Using a different browser, private-browsing session or device, or clearing site data, may require you to set them again. Deleting a preference record is not permission to start optional tracking.

You can also use your browser’s privacy or site-data settings to block or remove cookies. Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent sign-in, basket or checkout functions from working. Browser controls complement, rather than replace, our obligation to honour your choices.

Cookies and device information can support authentication, payment security or prevention of account abuse. We assess whether each use genuinely meets the relevant consent exception; a provider’s description of its tool as “security” is not conclusive.

Agreeing to KYC checks, verifying a payment or completing a purchase does not authorise advertising cookies or unrelated tracking. A payment or verification provider’s optional purposes must be distinguished from what is necessary to deliver its requested function.

Identity documents, verification selfies, source-of-funds evidence and confidential compliance case information are not used for advertising audiences or unrelated marketing. Passwords, full card details, card security codes, private redeem codes and verification-document contents must not be included in analytics or advertising events.

Declining optional cookies does not, by itself, mean that a transaction is fraudulent. Necessary payment or verification checks may still apply under the KYC/AML Policy.

Where an optional measurement or advertising feature is used with the required consent, the information involved may include a browser or device identifier, IP address, page or product interaction, referral information, event time, and a purchase event with its amount and currency. Any additional identifier used for audience matching must be explained before that feature is enabled.

Advertising providers may be able to link this information with an account or other information they hold. Hashing an email address or another identifier does not automatically make it anonymous.

Moving measurement to a server does not bypass this Policy. Our optional analytics and advertising choices must also be honoured by corresponding server-side events and integrations. This does not prevent necessary order fulfilment, payment processing, accounting or security processing on an appropriate lawful basis, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Where marketing emails use optional pixels or tracking links to measure opens or interactions, we obtain the required tracking permission. Consent to receive a newsletter is not automatically consent to tracking within it. Cookie choices, tracking permissions and marketing subscriptions are separate: changing one does not necessarily change the others. You can unsubscribe using the message’s unsubscribe option or contact us about your preferences.

The cookie declaration accompanying this Policy or our consent controls must provide the relevant details before optional technologies are activated. These include each technology’s name or identifier, its provider, its specific purposes, the information involved, its domain where relevant, its duration or removal criteria, and the consent category or exemption on which its use relies.

Provider information must explain who receives the information and any relevant further use, with access to the provider’s privacy information. A general reference to “partners” is not a substitute for identifying the organisations involved.

Different technologies may be relevant to browsing, signing in, using support or choosing a payment method. Describing a category in this Policy does not mean that every visitor encounters every tool, or authorise a tool whose purpose has not been explained.

Session cookies generally last for a browsing session. Persistent cookies can remain between visits until their stated expiry or earlier removal. Some forms of local storage do not expire automatically and require a defined removal process.

The relevant declaration must state the actual lifetime or removal criteria for each technology. We limit duration to what is appropriate for its purpose rather than assuming that a provider’s default setting is always suitable.

A cookie’s expiry is different from the retention period for information already sent to a server. Server-side information is subject to the retention purposes and limits in our Privacy Policy. A requirement to retain an accounting record does not justify keeping a browsing profile for the same period.

We may keep limited records of choices, withdrawals and the information presented to demonstrate and honour your preferences. Such records are not permission to continue declined tracking. When a valid consent can no longer be relied upon, optional technologies remain off until a fresh choice is obtained.

A selected payment service, support feature, sign-in option or embedded media service may involve another organisation. Before enabling optional technologies, we provide the relevant information about that provider and its purposes. Merely visiting a page containing an optional feature is not consent to its tracking.

Some providers process information for us; others may be independently or jointly responsible for particular uses. Their own privacy information may also apply, but it does not remove GRZ Gaming’s responsibility for integrations and disclosures we control.

When you follow a link to an independent website, including a payment or social-media website, its own cookie information and controls apply to activity there. We remain responsible for any information we collect or disclose before the transfer, and for our own subsequent use.

Information may be processed outside your country. Where a restricted international transfer occurs, the applicable safeguards and legal requirements described in our Privacy Policy must be satisfied. Cookie consent is not blanket consent to unrestricted international transfers.

Where these technologies involve personal information, the rights and request procedures in our Privacy Policy apply. Depending on the applicable law, these may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may object at any time to direct marketing and related profiling.

Children’s privacy requires particular care. We do not treat accepting a cookie banner as proof of age or parental authority. Where we know a user is a child, we apply age-appropriate safeguards and any required parental-authorisation rules. Optional advertising or profiling must not be enabled merely because an age-sensitive account or feature was accessed.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the website, technologies, providers or legal requirements. The published version shows its version date, and material changes will be explained appropriately.

Updating the text does not retroactively authorise tracking or unrelated uses. Where a change requires new consent, we ask before beginning the affected optional activity. Continued browsing is not acceptance of new optional tracking purposes.
